Privacy Policy

WeDoEverything Virtual Services ("WDE", "we", "us") is a Jamaica-based virtual assistance and business support service founded by Jodiann Allen. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

We only collect information you give us directly. That includes:

• Booking: the details you enter when you book a Discovery Call, such as your name, email address, and any notes you choose to share.
• Contact form: name, email address, subject, and message body.
• Chatbot: the text of any messages you send to our on-site assistant.

We also collect limited usage information automatically, as described under “Analytics and cookies” below.

We use three analytics tools to understand how visitors use this website and to improve it:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) records pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, how you arrived at the site, and actions such as starting a booking. It uses cookies to distinguish visitors.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) records how visitors interact with pages, including clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, and produces heatmaps and session replays. It uses cookies to group page views into sessions.
• Our own analytics (operated by WeDoEverything Virtual Services) records pages viewed, how you arrived at the site, and clicks on our phone, email, WhatsApp, and booking links. It stores a random visitor ID in your browser so a website visit can be connected to a booking you make with us.

We use this information to improve the website and our services. If you book a call, we may connect your visits to this site with your booking so we understand which pages and sources lead people to us. We do not use advertising pixels and do not sell analytics data. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. • To respond to your enquiry or schedule the appointment you requested.
• To send you a calendar invitation and confirmation email for booked sessions.
• To follow up on services you have asked about or signed up for.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Discovery calls are booked through our scheduling system at dashboard.wedoeverythingvirtualservices.com, which stores your booking details and sends your confirmation and video call link.

Email correspondence sent to us through the contact form is stored in our email provider's systems. Chatbot conversations stay in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored on any server.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

• EU / UK (GDPR): right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale (we do not sell data).

We keep booking and enquiry information only for as long as needed to deliver the service you asked for and to keep accurate business records — typically up to seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Beyond that, we delete or anonymize the data.

We use encrypted (TLS) connections between your browser, our website, and our booking system. No internet transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you entrust to us.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted here.
